Transfer Funds to HPX Web3 Wallet

If you already hold cryptocurrency assets in other wallets, you can directly view the receiving address of the target account in your HPX Web3 Wallet and then send your assets from other wallets to that receiving address. We also recommend withdrawing your cryptocurrency assets directly from a centralized exchange to your HPX Web3 Wallet account.

Withdraw Cryptocurrency from an Exchange

Step 1: View the Full Address in the HPX Web3 App
• Open the HPX Web3 App, select the account you wish to receive cryptocurrency assets into, and click "Receive".
• View the full account address (used to receive your cryptocurrency assets).

Step 2: Copy Your Receiving Address
• If you are using the HPX Web3 App’s software wallet account as the receiving account, you can directly view and copy the address.
• If you are using a hardware wallet account as the receiving account, you will need to confirm on the hardware wallet device before viewing the full receiving address. Ensure the address displayed on your hardware wallet matches the one shown in the HPX Web3 App.
• Once confirmed, copy the address to your clipboard or save the QR code of the address.

Step 3: Initiate the Withdrawal
• Initiate a "Withdrawal Request" on the exchange. Paste the receiving address from Step 2 into the withdrawal target address field, or scan the receiving address QR code (if supported by the exchange platform).
